To further improve our service quality, by simply fill in the web form below, follow by our confirmation email, your BEHRENS watch will be offered an additional 24-months (2 years) warranty period extension (total 5 years | 60-months).

Terms and conditions for after sales servicing

All of our BEHRENS wristwatches are covered with international warranty for material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of purchase of your BEHRENS watch (Except for watches sold in China, please contact the shop(s) where you have purchased your watch from).

For any issue with your BEHRENS watches during this warranty period, your watch will be entitled with the customer care service without charge (not including any man-made damage such as impact damage, steam damage, etc.
