To serve the best we can, all watches from BEHRENS are quality checked before shipping out to customers for satisfaction. Should there be any malfunction of any kind upon receiving of the watch possibly due to logistic and other unexpected causes, BEHRENS will take the responsibility for repair. Other than these, return and refund will not be accepted or need to be discussed for reasons. WE are being reasonable and never had any return / refund issue with our watches. This policy is created to protect both the brand and the customers to avoid conflicts. Should there be return for the reasons of personal issues such as change of mind, the refund will be made via PayPal or other methods to be discussed via email sales@behrens2012.com
In case for refund for reason other than general problem(s) with the watch quality, the amount to be refunded will be based on the original price paid minus the shipping cost paid and also minus the 8% credit card center charged.
